REA Group to buy the remainder of IProperty Group, Southeast Asian sites

REA Group of Australia is planning to buy out the remaining shares of IProperty Group that it does not own. The deal values IProperty Group at $583 million U.S. IProperty Group CEO Georg Chmiel told the AIM Group the deal would accelerate the growth of online real estate advertising.
