Chip Perry, former CEO of AutoTrader.com, along with Jason Calacanis and several others, has invested in an Atlanta-based commercial real estate startup called REscour. In PayPal's Feb.25 SEC form 10 filing  regarding its separation from EBay, the online payment giant revealed that both firms are prohibited from creating products competitive to the other, or even working with competitive vendors, for five years after the split.
