Fourth layoffs this year for OC Register

The Orange County Register is at it again. Another 110 employees are getting cut, including 30 in the newsroom. It’s the fourth time this year the Register is downsizing.

Orange County was one of the top growth areas in the U.S., and its local newspaper grew accordingly. But the region has been particularly hard hit by the housing crash. In some Zip Codes of the daily's hometow
