The two top executives at AOL have been fired. Randy Falco, who came to run AOL from NBC, and his no. 2 Ron Grant have been replaced by Tim Armstrong, a former Google exec who started the sales operation at what was then a tiny search engine in 2000. Armstrong most recently was
