Local Seattle politics blog raises seed funding

PublicCola, a small local blog in Seattle, has received an undisclosed amount of seed funding from two prominent Seattle personalities: Rajeev Singh, president and COO of NASDAQ-traded software company Concur Technologies, and Greg Smith, the green developer who considered a run for Seattle mayor earlier this year. PubliCola plans to use the funding to broaden its coverage.
