Cox Selling three newspapers

Cox Newspapers, Inc. has agreed to sell The Daily Sentinel and The Nickel in Grand Junction, Colorado to Grand Junction Media, Inc; and the Waco (TX) Tribune-Herald to Robinson Media, Inc, also in Waco. Terms were not disclosed. The transactions are expected to close in the coming weeks.
