PayPal platform open to third-party developers

The Q209 earnings call for eBay is still going on as we write this. Founding President Jeffrey Skoll has just said that the online merchant giant will announce tomorrow that its PayPal platform will be open globally to third party developers, and that the same will happen to eBay's platform at a later time.
