Facebook sued for click fraud

Unified ECM, Inc., a Beverly Hills California-based document and records management firm filed a complaint today in U.S. District Court's Northern CA district in San Jose. The allegation is that Facebook wrongfully charged for non-existent, fraudulent or invalid clicks.
