EBay selling most of Skype

EBay just announced sale of 65 percent of Skype to Silver Lake. a technology investment group whose prior investments include Ameritrade and Travelocity.  Included in the $1.9 billion sale is a $125 million note to EBay to include Index Ventures, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Andreesen Horowitz.  The deal,
