Sperry Van Ness embraces social media

Sperry Van Ness, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the U.S., will adopt social media as a major part of its business model by Q2 2010. The mandate for 100 percent social media adoption was recently made by CEO Kevin Maggiacomo.
