Online ads overtake TV in the U.K. for the first time

Widely predicted, the online ads market in the U.K. finally overtook TV in the first half of this year, according to the Internet Advertising Bureau, with online advertising expenditure growing 4.6 percent to £1.75 billion -- and thus a record market share of 23.5 percent as compared to TV's 21.7 percent. ..
