U.S. homes still taking price cuts, says Trulia

Trulia just announced that one fourth of the homes currently on the market in the United States have experienced at least one price cut, and this has taken place for the fourth consecutive month. The total amount slashed from the prices of these U.S. homes is $28.4 billion, an increase of nearly $1 billion over June 2009. The price discounts continue to average 10 percent.
