Yahoo pay-per-click lawsuit settled

Yahoo just announced settlement of a 2006 litigation on behalf of "all persons that purchased directly or indirectly Yahoo pay-per-click text advertising in the U.S. marketplace." The Nov. 2006 class action suit against Yahoo was filed in federal court in California, for breach of contract, restitution/unjust enrichment/money had and received, misrepresentation and civil conspiracy.
