Next generation Hearst family member joins board

George R Hearst III, great-grandson of Hearst Corp. founder William Randolph Hearst, was recently appointed to the company's management board .  George R is publisher of the Albany (NY) Times Union where he has worked since 1989.   He joins his father George Hearst Jr, board chair, and five other family members on the management board.

Sharon Hill

Sharon Hill has been a senior writer / analyst with the AIM Group since 2004, except for a two-year time-out to serve as sales and marketing manager for Suburban Newspapers of America. She worked at newspapers in California, the Carolinas and Indiana as a classified advertising sales supervisor and manager, and in newspaper circulation in Alaska.
