Former Homestore exec back to court

Stuart Wolff, former CEO of Homestore (now Move.com), was convicted in 2006 of fraud, and sentenced to 15 years in prison and monetary penalties, only to have that conviction vacated in 2008 because the conflicted judge failed to recuse himself. AIM Group provided the details in February, 20
