Former Time Inc. exec named Star Tribune publisher

The Star Tribune of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn. just announced that former Time Inc. executive Michael Klingensmith will be the newspaper's next publisher.

During thirty years at Time Inc. Kinglensmith led Sports Illustrated and co-founded Entertainment Weekly. He replaces Chris Harte, who left lin late 2009 after the Star Tribune emerged from bankruptcy.
