EBay v. Craiglist, latest update

We just talked to a representative of the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, who told us that the court was filing its own papers today, March 8, the content of which would not be disclosed to the public. The case itself, Craigslist v. EBay number 47526,  has been delayed again, with the next step - a case management conference - postponed until June 2. The delay is the
