Nearly 10,000 U.S. auto dealers get lots more ad dollars

29 Sep 2010With the signing of the Small Business Jobs Act, U.S. President Barack Obama has more than doubled the ceiling on what auto dealers can borrow from the Small Business Administration (SBA) and its Dealer Floorplan Program.
