Sly Bailey leaves Trinity Mirror six months early

Embattled Trinity Mirror chief executive Sly Bailey has left the U.K. newspaper group a full half year earlier than originally planned with her role being taken by group finance director Vijay Vaghela while the company searches for a full time replacement. Industry commentators have been quick to point out that the move is linked to the change in chairmanship from Sir Ian Gibson to David Grigso
