JobFox to pay $60k in illegal-fax case

A federal court has indicated it will approve a $60,000 settlement between social recruitment site JobFox and the plaintiffs in a lawsuit who said the company illegally sent unsolicited faxes. The class-action suit was for $10 million. The plaintiffs’ lawyers will get half of the settlement, leaving $2,500 for the lead plaintiff and just $27,500 for the other people who got the faxes --- meanin
