Homeowners sell twice as often via agent than FSBO, finds HomeGain

According to the 2012 HomeGain survey of  400 U.S. homeowners, sellers are considerably more successful with an agent than without. The report, which might have been a more powerful message with considerably more participants, said that 73 percent of these owners who used a HomeGain agent sold their property.
