Young boss, old worker more common, says CareerBuilder

At a time when the number of seniors in the U.S. is growing by leaps and bounds and the economy is encouraging them to stay in the workplace, it's probably not surprising that a new CareerBuilder survey found one third of workers were older than their supervisors. The report also discloses some interesting tidbits about generational work habits and communication styles
