Real estate marketing site HomeGain's latest agent survey found that a referral is the top lead generator for real estate agents and brokers for the third year in a row. That doesn't surprise us. But the message in the study for real estate vertical publishers - most especially traditional publishers -  is that they must get more creative with their lead gener
