Review, social sites impact buyer dealership choice, increase satisfaction

Eight out of ten new-car buyers start their search for their vehicle on the Web ; one third of them look at dealership reviews to then make their dealer choice. All this online search before heading to the showroom has increased consumer satisfaction with the dealership and vehicle-buying experience, says J.D. Power and Associates. Here's the announcement:
