Car-sales scam bilks Canadian buyers

Using a Phoenix, Ariz., address that doesn't exist, DoubleEagleMotorsArizona.com is trying to cheat Canadian online car shoppers out of thousands of dollars, according to the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council.
