Live chat strong lead generator for auto dealers, finds Datiaum

In a study of buyer engagement, automotive research firm Datiaum found that live chat has replaced email as a strong lead generator for auto dealers. Visitors to auto dealer websites engaged with sales reps nearly 13 percent of the time via live chat, while those visiting sites without a live chat only engaged 3.2 percent of the time.
