Pôle Emploi opens up to portals

The French national job-finder service, Pôle Emploi, has not been quick to face up to the rise of private job portals.  So much so that it is a staple of the French press to write articles about how the likes of Leboncoin have effectively taken over as the principle job marketplace in the country.

 That is all set to change as Pôle Emploi announces a digital re
