Ringier buys control of Scout24 Switzerland

Ringier Digital, the subsidiary of Ringier, Switzerland’s biggest media group, acquired 50.1 percent of the Scout24 Switzerland group of companies from Deutsche Telekom for an undisclosed amount, to make it the sole shareholder of the group.
