Skill shortage biggest recruitment hurdle, finds Aberdeen Group

Nearly half  of hiring managers participating in the recent Aberdeen Group Talent Acquisition Report said that identifying top talent was an ongoing recruitment headache. However,  the biggest obstacle to hiring, according to 61 percent of these folks, is that the skills to do the jobs just aren't to be found a
