Mercari shopping app gets $23 mil

Tokyo-based Mercari, a consumer-to-consumer mobile shopping app, has just landed another funding round - this one $23 million. This brings its four-round total to $41.6 million since its February, 2013 launch.  Mercari expanded its second-hand mobile shopping platform
