Wallapop to distance itself from LetGo with new structure

After the merger in the U.S. between LetGo and Wallapop, the former holds 55 percent and the latter the rest in a new entity in the U.S.. Wallapop is now putting a new company structure in place to clearly separate the Wallapop business outside the U.S. from LetGo.
