Antena Group launches jobs site JobZZ in Romania

14 Apr 2017

Late in March, Antena Group launched the jobs site JobZZ.ro in Romania – the group’s third vertical dedicated to local and foreign vacancies.

On JobZZ.ro employers post their ads free. In the few weeks since launch, about 20,000 jobs in all categories have been listed on the site. Antena Group is a subsidiary of Intact Media Group, a leading media group in Romania.

JobZZ.ro

JobZZ.ro is still in beta. It is the third vertical launched by Antena Group in less than one year, after the real estate classified site HomeZZ.ro and the automotive classifieds site CarZZ.ro.

General classifieds site Lajumate.ro, which employs a freemium model and has about 1.2 million ads listed, is also in the classifieds portfolio of Antena Group.

“(With JobZZ) we target both companies and individuals who need to meet fast on the labor market. For that purpose, we developed a product which is simple, fast, mobile and unrestricted in terms of adding ads,” said Mihai Pilca, marketing manager of the classifieds division at Antena Group.

Following the model of HomeZZ.ro and CarZZ.ro, the ads posted on JobZZ.ro get double visibility, in the sense that they are automatically also listed on general classifieds site Lajumate.ro. eJobs.ro

Antena Group launched its fourth classifieds website in typical style – with a strong marketing campaign (online ads and TV commercials), which runs in their own network. The TV spot follows the same humoristic concept and can be watched here.

The veteran lBestJobseaders in the online jobs vertical in Romania, are Ringier-owned eJobs.ro, and BestJobs.eu, which belongs to Neogen Group.

EJobs currently has more than 40,000 ads listed, and receives about 2.5 million visits per month (source SimilarWeb), while BestJobs.eu has about 38,000 job ads listed every month, and receives around 1.7 million visits per month (source SimilarWeb.com).
