BestJobs.eu launches a referral service

24 Apr 2017

In Romania, the job site BestJobs.eu launched a referral recruitment service with which users can recommend jobs to friends or acquaintances.

Using the service, an employer can define a reward of between €300 and €3,000 for a vacancy, to be paid when an appointment follows on a recommendation.

Candidate recommendations can be provided by users both from inside or outside the recruiting company.

If the recommended person proves to be the right one for the job, the person who made the recommendation receives the reward at the end of the employment process.

BestJob.eu, owned by Neogen Group, is one of the largest job sites in Romania. It competes mainly with Ringier-owned EJobs.ro, and, since recently, Antena Group’s JobZZ.ro.

JobZZ.ro was launched at the end of March this year. Despite such a short time on the market, about 20,000 jobs in all categories have been listed on the site so far (more).

BestJobs.eu currently has about 38,000 ads listed and receives 1.7 million visits per month to its desktop and mobile sites (source: SimilarWeb), while Jobs.ro has more than 40,000 ads listed every month, and receives around 2.5 million visits per month (source: SmiliarWeb).
