EBay-Craigslist trial now set for December; judge hands Craigslist a minor victory

A new date has been set for the EBay vs. Craigslist trial in Delaware. For now, chalk up a minor victory for Craigslist Inc.

The trial in the case, which had beenset to open this Monday, has now been pushed to December. But on Friday, judge William B. Chandler III of the Chancery Courtdismissed two of EBay'sseven claimsagainst Craigslist.
