Riding what looks to be the recovery of France's real estate market, French property portal SeLoger closed 2009 with pluses in revenue and profit, and looks for a "robust double-digit growth rate" for 2010. The company reported total 2009 revenues were up 1.9 percent to €73 million, while net profits were up 3.9 percent to €17.7 million. The company declared a stock dividend of €0.33 per share.
